Please take notice that the Westmoreland Joint Zoning Board of Appeals/Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at the Westmoreland Town Hall, located at 100 Station Road, Westmoreland, New York. At 6:00 p.m., an Area Variance Application for Mr. Timothy Wood for road frontage for a proposed residential building lot on his property located on Norton Avenue (326.000-2-12) will be discussed. The property is located on the west side of Norton Avenue approximately +/- 498 south of State Route 5 in a R2 District. An Area Variance is requested due to the existing road frontage does not comply with Town requirements. Please note that all official documents related to the above case are available for public viewing on the Joint Zoning Board of Appeals/Planning Board Companion website located at www.westmoreland-pzba.org. All interested persons will be heard at this time.
