Legal Notice that was advertised on April 21, 2022:

“Please take notice that the Westmoreland Joint Zoning Board of Appeals/Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at the Westmoreland Town Hall, located at 100 Station Road, Westmoreland, New York.  At 7:00 p.m., an Area Variance Application of Mr. Matthew Tyo to construct a 56’L x 32’W; 1,792 square foot; one story pole barn to be used for cold storage on his property located at 5942 Lowell Road (287.000-2-19.2) will be discussed.  The property is located on the south side of Lowell Road approximately +/- 2,235’ east of State Route 26 in a R3 District.  An Area Variance is requested as the size of the building exceeds the maximum zoning ordinance allowed on the existing property acreage.  All interested persons will be heard at this time.
